It would be good to know for sure - I can’t find any written material that came with the car/tracker.
Interestingly, in the Porsche App, under Account —> Contact and help —> Theft report there is an option to call the “Call the Security Service to report a theft”
I spoke to Vodafone, who said they can't immobilise a car remotely, but that they could lock it only if the police instructed them to. This seems pretty unlikely - I have a tracker for insurance purposes but in practical terms it's pointless.
