Okay so I can confirm on mine it will only change the SOH reading when charged to 100% AND ODO changed. Just dropping voltage stationary and charging back up has no effect on SOH. And skipping the 100% also still freezes SOH readings.

Are you all shure that a deep cycle or DC charging has any influence on the reported SOH number using the OBD method?
On my own 2023 Taycan Base RWD with battery plus I didn't charge beyond the 80 % target set on the car for a month or ~ 5.000 km. It resulted in the exact same SOH read out...
For mine (note it's in kilometers!) the trip control shows also an unrealistic, low consumption number of 18,2 kWh/100 km for the average over 17.956 km.
However the last ride numbers are accurate and reflect what I was seeing in the car. I know cause I checked yesterday when I chickened out...
MY2024 Taycan RWD with battery plus option, < 1 year old (May 2023), from Belgium. Majority of charging happens on solar at home with a max rate of ~7 kW.

@featherless Have you tried getting raw data from specific modules? That's how I managed to extract data from my electric motorcycle. If you know what modules to address it might be worth an attempt.
