    Prefer metal roof and don't care about ambient lighting, the rest are options I personally would like.

    That is a different thing altogether. Pedestrian warning is mandatory in the US for EVs, under 20 mph, it's not a $500 option. This is an option to make noise like an ICE during all driving.
