Porsche Australia they updated the extended warranty. I spoke to my dealer about it and they advised its now covered except for wear and tear which they referred to the degradation of the battery. I imagine this is going to be different around the world.

well this is all my experience when I say this. Before I had the Taycan CT, I had never had Pirelli's before. My BMW X5 had Continentals and Michelins, both great no issues, great longevity. When I got the Taycan it had the Pirelli's P7's on them. In less than a year two punctures in rear tyres...

I just switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 from Pirellis...so far I like them much more!
