For the record, my MY 23 CT4S had the heater replaced earlier this month with 11k miles on the clock. I ran a OBDII scan, cleared the codes a few times over 2 days with multiple power on / off cycles and it never responded. Finally had to have it repaired at the dealer. Good news, my dealer in...
GM gents - maybe a bit of a diversion from the OP but I think related….when I run my vehicle in sport plus with the suspension low or lowered, I occasionally get pretty hard suspension crashing on road dips and bumps that don’t bother my other cars. Car runs and drives perfectly otherwise (10k...
2023 Taycan CT4S - had the brake recall done in December. My brake feel before the recall was a not so solid 6 out of 10. Typical Taycan squishy but worakble pedal feel. Upon collecting the car post recall, the brake pedal feel went down to a 2 out of 10. Probably unsafe and definitely removed...
Don't blame you one bit. I had a Macan 4cyl for one week while they repaired my charging door and ports and it was surprisingly frustrating. This is quite a nightmare situation with Gen 1 vehicle values tanking and massive reliability concerns coming to light every day. I just read today that...
I had the exact same issue from day 1. It was diagnosed by the dealer as a problem with the rear latch. They adjusted it and now it’s gone. It drove me nuts messing with the rear package cover, rear seats etc. until I gave up and scheduled a service appointment.
Losing access to my car for an extended period is my biggest fear. Dealerships are not equipped to store service vehicles for long periods and often let them sit in offsite outdoor parking lots while they await parts and instruction.
Also, on the brake line recall - was told today by the dealer...
I just dropped off my Taycan CT4S at the dealer for a similar problem. Left side AC charger only gives a solid red light every time. Cleared codes a few times but still not able to charge on that side. This was preceded by various "charging impaired" errors and both doors refusing to open but...
I ended up installing the Gen 3 Tesla universal. 48amps and the warranty was a bit longer than others if I recall. $620 for the unit and the ability to charge NACS and J1772 as needed was the decision for me. I actually really like the quality magnetic holster and seamless fit of the charger...
Thanks guys, Didn’t mean to come across salty but I was loving the look of your CT GTS. Clearly yours is outfitted properly. I’m going to try an exchange. Please do keep sharing your mods. I did order using the link provided but I’m guessing they sent the wrong part. That said, I think the...
I wanted to share my experience with you guys on these sequential side markers from iJDM Toy. Sorry for the slightly salty tone but I should have guessed from the name of the company but these do in fact feel more like a toy. They’re about 3/4 inch shorter than my clear Porsche OEM euro markers...
Has anyone compared the companion apps for the Autel, juicebox and Charge point? I'm leaning toward the CP but also heard good things about the Autel. I think the functionality of the app may be the tie breaker.
My Taycan is very similar, although just a 4S. I just ordered the spacers and was wondering if you saw any impact to range with the wider rubber and stance?
