After a recent visit for a couple of recalls (HV heater and software), I definitely noticed that they capped the charger to 40A. I used to see ~10.5kw (48Ax240v - some losses) but now I only see ~9kw at best (40Ax240v). Disappointing but not a huge deal as most of my charging happens overnight.

Double check the amperage setting in your Chargepoint app. Make sure it is at 48A to reach the 10.5kw.
