It is a known problem when it comes to the dipped bulbs: first one side breaks, and a few days later the other side.

Were you able to replace the low-beam module? And does it work now? How did you get the glass open? Same problem here, first on the left side and then on the right side three days later.

I've already had the gate replaced twice. This also happens after it's rained.

The charging port has already been replaced twice on our 4S. I read somewhere on the forum that new software will be released for this problem.
