I recently had to replace my front windshield. I had a similar tiny white impact speck on the top edge of the glass that was there for about 8 months with no issue. Then on a very hot day a large crack originated from it. My insurance covered the $3800 cost minus my deductible. The glass guy...
I just can't believe this passed focus groups or whatever process they go through to sign off on a design. Is it just not possible to use something similar to the body style of a Portofino with a battery? That would sell, but not for 600K. 300k tops even if the design was amazing
The stock...
The warranty does not apply unless the battery capacity falls below 70% during the 8 years. If the vehicle is less than 3 years old then it’s 80% during that first time period. This car looks to be a 2021
Your CPO warranty can not be voided by skipping a scheduled service. A warranty claim can only be denied if Porsche (or any dealer) can prove that a missed service directly resulted in that specific component failure. In this case not changing brake fluid would have zero impact on a warranty...
I just had my windshield replaced last week. Safelite came to the house, put in the new glass and re-calibrated the cameras. I was very impressed with his skills and left him good reviews. It took him 2 hours and he had a laptop he hooked up to the car to calibrate things. I'm not sure why...
Someone posted photos of doing this either here or another forum and it does not look good in my opinion. I think it was on a white car and the contrast is lost is lost between the color of the car and black trim. The black trim on the Taycan compliments the the shape and lines of the car.
No glare on my Fitcam and I have had no issues with it. I just had to have my windshield replaced and the tech had no issues just putting it back on the new windshield
Yes, I watched several video reviews and it looks like a great all season tire with an aggressive tread design. My Taycan is my wife's daily driver so I want the best all around tire for all weather conditions plus tread life since she does not drive the car aggressively.
I have 21 inch tires with the Goodyear ASY 5's and still have 5mm tread on my front tires after 20,000 miles. I should be close to 30,000 miles before I need new fronts. I just replaced the rears but those had the Goodyear ASY 3's. I'm Surprised about the Continentals but not sure which ones...
I have PSCB's and they are smooth and like a mirror after 35,000 miles. I love the look of them, they perform great for me and basically no brake dust. Just like any part, battery, air shocks, electrical components, etc. there are going to be a percentage that are bad and have manufacturing...
I purchased a 2022 which came with 2 years CPO and I purchased a 3rd year of CPO that was $2000 for that extra year. CPO and the CPO +1 are unlimited mileage and my understanding is you can only buy the extra year at time of purchase. CPO is different than an aftermarket extended warranty which...
I've had the same thing happen (dry weather with PSCB's) a few times if I brake, let off and immediately brake again the stopping power is reduced. I read somewhere else on this or another forum about its confusing the regen by braking off/on so quickly and explained it better. I'm no engineer...
My car is white also and dust and dirt is just more visible. Usually just a rag with all purpose cleaner gets it off but I periodically wipe the edges with Goof-off or Goo gone if some of the adhesive leeches out. With white cars the eventual yellowing will be more noticeable. I ordered a new...
35,000 miles. I double checked and I've put on 20,000 miles in the year I owned it not 22,000 which I had thought. Its a 2022 and had 15,000 when I purchased it.
I have the Goodyear asy 5's and still have 6mm left on the fronts after 22,000 mm. I just replaced the rears that had asy 3's when they got down to about 3mm. I got the car CPO a year ago and guessing the fronts were brand new when I got it.
I remove that plastic about once a month and vacuum out the sand and gravel so it doesn't drop down to the fans after seeing a youtube video about the issue. My car is 4 years old and no rust at all but I live in Southern California so I have no salted roads or snow to speed up corrosion. I...
The previous post stated he had uneven wear on the inside of the tire at 9000 miles which is why they needed to be replaced. All of my tires have very even wear and nothing unusual. I drive in normal mode 95% of the time.
