Excellent post sir. I have a General Profile now set to 85% and a Timer set 85% daily by 7 am. When the car reached 85% at 9 pm it stopped charging - No error. Very happy with that. I’ll experiment more tomorrow and set my General Profile to 50% and leave my Timer at 85% by 7 am daily...

My two children sit in the backseat with their iPads and login to the cars Wi-Fi and play their video games and stream video content while driving with no issues. Maybe the car's Wi-Fi is helping my phone reception and overall performance.

More information… I only have one profile selected now. No timers at all. When 85% was reached my home charger sent a notification to my phone that charging has stopped. I opened my wall charger app and it said “Charging stopped”. Zero amps being sent to car. I opened my Porsche app and it...

What brand adapter did you purchase. I looked on Amazon and there’s quite a few choices. I’d like to purchase the one you have since I know it’ll work.

I have zero issues with cell , Wi-Fi or CarPlay signals anywhere I go in remote desert locations in Arizona.

I have the glass roof in Arizona. No heat or sun issues. Then again, I have the acoustic and IR glass. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t bother me. Love the glass roof.

I have it. Phone works perfectly. Also, quietest riding car I have. Least heat in the cabin in our Arizona sun. Besides the Taycan , I also own two Mercedes and two BMW. Get the acoustic and IR glass. It’s a game changer.

I can charge to 100%. 95%, 90%, etc. i just get an error upon completion of charge.

I’ll try that suggestion. Everything I’ve read says you can have a timer and a profile active simultaneously. But I will see.

I can get past 80%. I can charge to whatever setting I choose. It’s just the charge cycle ends with an error message.
