It's SO good. Especially when you think that you might get distracted or if you sense some unpredictability on the road. I don't trust InnoDrive at all, but I've had no problems trusting the Auto Regen.
I've been mulling over this decision and came to the same conclusion as you. An additional 3 years on top of the two year CPO and up to 100,000 miles (I drive a lot) for my '22 would be nearly $7,000. A heater fix will not cost $7000. Financially it just doesn't make sense and I'd be gambling...
I've got a similar issue in my 2022 RWD. Brakes can occasionally feel "crunchy" so to speak. I just looked at the TSB list and it seems that Porsche won't remedy this as it's not a technical issue.

Just did this change after seeing your post. Got one off of EBay but had small rust spots. Super simple to clean off with detail spray and the rough side of a sponge.
The piece comes out if you simply pull up on the trim piece. Looks so much better than the plastic.
