Well Germany rejected my seat change request and i was ready to pay for it. I am hopefull about the seat cushion.

Its about the thickness of thighs. I am 6.1 and 92 kg but i have thick thighs. 18 ways too uncomfortable for long rides for the lower body if you are not slim.

Wording is not important since some models are still very comfortable with 18 way. My mistake was to order it without trying the 18 way ON taycan since there was non at the dealer at that point. Also i am here to find a solution, i am not asking which to opt for.

I wouldn’t normally push this point, but after experiencing how comfortable the Panamera’s 18 way seats are, the Taycan’s seats just don’t make sense. Problem is that its a brand new car and if i try to sell it, it would be a big loss so i have to find a way.

I think it’s just a bad design, especially for a seat that’s supposed to be fully customizable. They should make it larger, but also allow the side bolsters to close in enough to fit slimmer people. That’s how it should be, at least that’s what I thought when I was choosing the options. Dealers...

Well i already tried 14 way seats at the dealer after i realised this problem. They are much better for my thighs, not perfect like panamera though. Maybe i should offer a trade with thier panamera 😁

Panamera seats are way better. I dont understand why porsche would make Taycan seats like that. Even widest settings wont work. It should have been a comfortable electric sedan, not a 911. I even specced it with PAR and 19" rims for max comfort. Never thought about how 18 way seats would fit...
