I suggest Tidal too. Yea as evanevery suggested, try ripping Tidal to FLAC in lossless quality and put it in a USB for your Porsche PCM. As for external DACs, I have FiiO K3 and Zorloo Ztella (MQA Version) for Tidal with my iPhone. They are both pretty good DACs at an affordable price, about $100.
