Alright, after getting a few lower offers, I've decided to put a number on it. I'm now asking $145,000 which is about $12k below MSRP. Keep in mind that this is basically an instant $7,500 tax credit plus about $4,500 off. I'm still accepting offers of course but I'm hoping this is enticing...
