Finally got out of my lease … 3 months early… after having multiple electrical issues with my Taycan 4S. All told the car spent over 100 days in the shop. Not acceptable for a Porsche! Disappointed in how Porsche USA handled it my greivance. great looking… fun to drive… when it was on the road.

I just got a crack in the front windshield that expanded to over 12” very quickly, I’m told there are no available windshields in the US? Need to wait for one from Germany. Now I have to wait almost a month to get it replaced. I’m disappointed with the support.

I’ve been having issues trying to get the software upgrade For my Taycan 4S. Are all dealerships capable of doing this. I keep getting discouraged from doing the upgrade by my service rep?

After over a week of diagnostics, installing updates and replacing the PCM ... I believe they have everything working properly. I guess it’s part of being some of the first cars off the line... though I expected more of Porsche.
