That comfort access relates to when you what the seat and steering wheel to retract when you turn the motor off. Essentially making it easier to enter and exit the car

I have contacted Porsche and I am waiting on a call from a taycan specialist. I have had a car stolen off my drive with keyless tech so I am annoyed. Let’s see what they say....... not holding out much hope.

yes it locks the doors...... seems like it’s going to need to go to the dealer. On the PCM the only locking options relate to which door/s unlock.

So yes in the UK if you don’t spec comfort access you have to physically press the unlock button on the key to unlock the car. However once in the car you don’t have to put the key anywhere, it’s effectively keyless go. The further puzzle is if you walk away the car will automatically lock but...

I’ve had my taycan turbo since July and it doesn’t have comfort access as I was worried about keyless theft. However now within the last week the car is auto unlocking as I approach the car and the handles are presenting themselves. Reading the manual hasn’t really helped........ does anyone...
