Yes I did. I called them last year and they updated my account.

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the pre-heat on the app? It also fine a month ago, then after my 2nd service it stop working.

I just did my 1st service and to my surprise it was free. I was so surprised by that. If I had to pay it would off been around $800. I find that abit steep for a brake flush, cabin air filter and a check up on the car.
