Did you have the recall I noted or battery failure ?

I'm in Houston. The advisor said they have to drop the battery out of the car and there's one guy only who can work on it. No idea how accurate the advisor is...

I received notice for this recall. My service tech said it might take 2-3 months in the shop to fix when the repair is available. Anyone have any other information on when the repair will be available and how long the Taycan will be in the shop? Thanks.

The instruction manual excerpted seems to indicate only to recharge when the battery is at 5%. Is that what most of you do who drive low daily miles? For some reason, I thought the recommendation was to charge it every night to 80% or 85% no matter how much is left.
