  1. Has anyone noticed connectivity issues with Porsche Connect App in the UK

I had the same problem yesterday afternoon — spent ages trying to fix it (thinking I had done something wrong). I gave up but when I saw this thread I checked just now and it is back up and running this afternoon. It has not recorded my charging session from yesterday — thought it might have...
  2. PMCC ‘Restricted Operation’ Error

Hi OzzieT, I had the electrician out last week and he checked the installation over. He is happy that the install is good (I have three phase in my house) and he reckons that the problem might be that the incoming electricity supply is varying from the grid causing the charger to think that the...
  3. PMCC ‘Restricted Operation’ Error

Thanks for your feedback. I am waiting for the electrician to come out to have a look at the set-up and will show him your comments.
  4. PMCC ‘Restricted Operation’ Error

The setting on the PMCC is 32A. Just checked the red commando socket and it is marked as 32A. I don’t have the 22KW onboard charger. The problem I have is that sometimes the charger charges at 11KW (which is the max the car will take) and then after a variable time it drops to c. 7KW and then I...
  5. PMCC ‘Restricted Operation’ Error

Hi W1NGE, Thanks for the comments. See below — it runs at 15.8 Amps. I don’t know the exact cable they used running from the fuse box. The cable is shown below, it is about 3/4 inches thick if that helps.

Can anyone please help with this issue? Thanks
  7. PMCC ‘Restricted Operation’ Error

I am hoping someone can help me. I am in the UK with a Taycan 4S. I don’t do a lot of miles and often charge at a local Ionity charger. When I do charge at home I have recently been seeing a “Restricted Operation” error. See picture of error message. This sometimes come up straight away or...
  8. Warning message: To open, release the door handle and pull again

This actually worked !! The rear passenger door had to be pulled twice to open, so it must have been that door that had some kind of problem. Opening and closing that door cleared the message off the display and after waiting for some time the message has not reappeared. Many thanks for your help...
  9. Warning message: To open, release the door handle and pull again

Hi Vim, Thanks for the feedback. I do think that I am turning the car off but I will take special notice of this just in case I am forgetting to turn it off. ?
  10. Warning message: To open, release the door handle and pull again

Hi W1NGE, I don't think that the child lock is on -- but maybe the s/w update has switched it on. I will check when I am next in the car. Thanks....
  11. Warning message: To open, release the door handle and pull again

Hi, (Sorry I can't work out how to rotate the picture) After my Taycan 4S had the s/w update this error message keeps popping up when I approach the car with the key. The message stays on when I open the car door and even when I start driving this message will stay on. I hit the 'return' button...
