My 2 cents from test driving both - the eDrive40(it is RWD) is akin to the RWD Taycan and the M60 to the 4S. I am no car expert especially in Porsches and/or BMWs, but that was my impression.

I am having the same exact issues, which started after the last time I took it in and when I picked it up they told me they did a software update. I sent photos in to the dealer and am waiting for a response. BTW I use a ChargePoint Home charger and before the update had no issues whatsoever.

I checked online outside this forum, and one guy, who received the same message, was able to charge again after the car sat overnight. Well, I just plugged in and car is now charging. Still taking it to dealer to have them check it out to make sure there are no issues.
