I have a 21 4s and the same happened to me after the last software update (that was supposed to increase range). I lost a good 50km. Maybe the battery got a better range during cold temperatures? but losing range nonetheless is very frustrating.
Same here in Atlanta. Dealer asked me to check back week of July 18th to see if they were then able to apply to patch. He was more confident that he'd be able to schedule the update beginning of august.
Got my Safety Recall regarding the hazard warning light just today. Dealership says it won't take more than an hour to fix the issue. That is good news...

Good news and Porsche North America has finally found a truck!. I'll be able to pick up my car Thursday if no more delays at the dealership. All in all about 30 days past the original scheduled date.
My car arrived in Jacksonville on May 25th, 26 days after it was supposed to get to me... Since then its been at port processing and was apparently "released for transportation" on June 11th. Porsche can't get (or willing to pay extra for) trucks to get cars to dealerships so been waiting since...
