Fantastic amount of updates over last month and I’m still under major work pressure through end August and hardly been on here at all - so my sincere apologies for lack of database/chart updates but I’m still here, still tracking and will add all data asap!
Excellent - yes abroad for 4 weeks with work - by no means given up tracking data here and will def update with the last 5-6 additions once home end of this week.
Of course - I was simply referring to the specific data pt in respect a minimal to almost no reduction for that specific wheel well test you did. Again holistic overview yet to come! :)
Nice work but a bit disappointing re the result - appreciate you being the guinea pig here :)!
Will be very interesting to see what the door treatment will provide!
Thx and wouldn't worry too much about that - in another 5-10K try a rebalance and see where you are a- almost certainly will get 1-2% back.
Will update chart later....
About as basic as it gets :), but supporting my latest coffee house owned by Romanian buddy Alex - fun spot in easy range of my house!
And a wine-beer bar spot in the evening :) - apologies for the low qual pics!
All screws and washers thankfully for the liners so no funky clips to lose or deform - just a matter of locating them all as quite a few holding it on.
Here’s that link to the liner removal thread - didn’t actually detail locs. of bolts but again TBH really straight forward...

For what it’s worth removing the wheel arch liners (at least the front ones) is actually super easy and not nearly as daunting as it might first seem (and replacing one as I had to do a while back - I’ll repost the thread later) - so possibly one less thing to farm out :)!
Just as a ref pt - firstly 92% is a very solid number for that mileage for the Taycan when compared with our forum data.
Also we’ve received multiple full ‘factory’ assessments of SoH on Taycan’s (SoH thread) and most are within 1-2 % of the ‘flash’ readout provided by the car via std 3rd...
#1 - AT LAST the issue discovered and fixed
BUT just a really dismal experience from such a top end brand - truly unreal but I guess a classic ‘near-lemon’ experience with battery, heater and flooding!
Given your total experience, I actually do not think that the idea of Porsche really...
TBH this is really quite bizarre - you are def one of one, at least in the cars I've tracked to date but an absolutely great thing for you :)!
Almost every car basically comes from the factory with slightly less than 100% so the fact that after over 10K miles (more than on mine in 2 years...
