I contacted the smart connect mobility guys. Waited 2 weeks for an answer now it has been enabled. So it works but it’s a bit glitchy. Also no free period. You need a Spotify premium or family account that is already active.

So I had the PCM 6.1 update I have Spotify premium, I have linked it. I shows in Spotify as connected. I have the icon in the PCM, but it's greyed out and when I click on it it says I don't have a valid licence and for sure it's not displayed in the 'my porsche' listing... Frustrating...

You're definitely getting more miles than me, but it's not been a problem. I haven't dropped to less than 70 miles in any of my driving days to date, so all good. I think at 100% the best I've seen is 230. Bound to get worse in the winter ?

I can tell you now that this works on my MY21 turbo. Go into parking mode. Click past the from or rear camera, then click on the touchpad in the centre and you can cycle through the views. Or swipe down on the touchpad and the main part of the PCM screen has an orange border around it then...
