Plug and charge (no phone required) worked 16 out of 17 times. The one other time both plug-and-charge and the porsche connect app didn't work, so I just used my credit card. I did have to enable plug-and-charge in the settings on the PCM at the first stop but otherwise was very smooth.

Nope, these are just the standard headlights (with PDLS+), not the matrix ones. I think the lighting in the dealership shop made them look really cool ?

Yup, the 2021 is new and is eligible for the credit. Thanks for the advice - leaning towards pulling the trigger. One last thing to mention is that I'm based in Seattle and the 2021 is in Chicago, so would have to either drive it across the country myself or get it shipped... shipping cost...
