Unfortunately, yes. Mine arrived at Emden on 3/10 and was supposed to be 'On Vessel' on 3/18, but my 'On Vessel' date just shifted to 4/8 and my delivery day out to 51 days (5/13).
I had this same problem after I completed the WMA5 upgrade (both car and charger update) back in May/June. The car would only charge for 45 minutes or so, with around 10-13KW charge completed. I took it to my service center and they found that a section of the charging cable was overheating...
