We tried both sides and couldn’t get it to work. We asked for a loaner but they sold all of their loaners and won’t have any until 5 months. Thanks for the info hopefully we both can get our issues resolved.

I've tried everything possible on my end, it was to the point where I had to take it to the service department. Thanks for the help but it seems to be a software issue being that this never happened before the software recall earlier this year.

I had to take it to the dealer recently to find out what the problem is, they haven't been able to work on it until today and it's been 9 days. Hopefully the problem gets solved soon.

About a month ago the battery on the car would stop charging throughout the night. It would charge for about 3 hours then I would have to go back to the car, unplug it, and plug it back in. After doing all of that it would charge for another 3 hours and do the same (I don’t have any timers)...
