When I’m logged into my account the My Porsche app stays stuck in privacy mode and is useless. Today I logged in as a guest and the PCM is now off privacy mode and I can access the app. How do I get the app to work when I’m logged in as myself and not as a guest? 🤔🤔🤔

How can you find out if I have the latest SW installed on my PCM? I took my Taycan CT4 to the dealer for new tires and I swear my PCM is running on the original. SW that I had with the car when I purchased it 2 years ago....

I took my 2022 in for new Tires and the heater recall issue. It came back in privacy mode that I cannot turn off. I also cannot plug and charge so I am charging manually off the My Porsche app. I've re-booted and tried (I think) just about everything. Any suggestions on how to fix this???
