I'm a bit tardy updating this but just wanted to close the loop on my comments. Had it in last week for the PCM update and unsurprisingly data connectivity was all up and running again. I assume something gets changed at Porsche services end which can result in it dropping off their network.
Excellent. I'll let you know how I get on. Generally apart from the odd connection drop it's been alright. However not at the moment, I don't have the option to add an account!
I'm hoping this is the case for me. Last week I lost all data connection services, no Porsche connect, internet radio etc. It's booked in for the big update this week. The Porsche service lass seemed to think it's related. If a new update has meant their back end services no longer work for some...
Smart lift needs the Porsche connect service I think.
I've had my car for the last week. Connect working perfectly, and now after a long drive I'm getting the same issue.
