Unless I am missing something, there is. I surprise to this outcome. There is no insurance for general wear and tear. This would be like making a claim on insurance because the paintwork on the car has become dull.

I haven’t driven the new one but I would estimate that it’s significant. The key here is that it’s not needed on the road. A 4S of any year is really quick.

Indistinguishable difference on a car that is new from factory…. I say this as a person that obsesses over these things, is deep down the rabbit hole on detailing and has done a 2-step paint correction on my own car.

Pro tip: A paint correction is not needed before PPF. The PPF will hide the kinds of minor defects that you might see from the factory. The biggest reason to tick this box is to have the total cost spread over a loan/lease....if that is of value to you.
