Quick question about the ride height:
Does the GTS offer the full range of ride heights like the non-GTS sedan versions? After getting a bubble in our Volvo SUV from hitting a nasty pothole this morning, I'm wondering if these Massachusetts roads might destroy such a low car and if I may be...
Great to know, thank you for the detailed info. I did spec it on mine due to the prevalence of tighter, older roads here in Massachusetts, esp in the surrounding small towns and older parts of downtown.
While I doubt it's "required" by any means, figured I'm spending the money anyways, may as...
Frozen Blue is my NUMBER ONE favorite color for this car... BUT, my partner went to Duke, so anything even remotely resembling UNC Tarheel Blue is strictly verboten in our household, unless I plan on living in the ST LoL. So Carmine Red it is for me.
Go for it!
Watching this thread, Boston here so have considered going with 20s for the same reasons. Currently have an order in for a GTS ST w/ 21 RS Spyders (no allocation yet, so who knows when it'll actually get here *shrug*)
Order placed 02/12/2022, 1st in line for allocation at dealer, est. allocation 2nd quarter, est. arrival late summer/early fall.
When can I start tracking the order on the MyPorsche app? Is it when the allocation is confirmed?
Interesting insights here.
Noise Insulating Glass - How do the noise levels compare with Model 3 w/ 19" tires? I wasn't happy with the noise levels with that vehicle, and I figured with the 21s that are spec'd, it'd be fairly loud, esp on concrete. I'd be happy with dropping that option if...
Love it! We're Celica siblings! Loved that little thing, not very fast but fun as heck.
I've noticed a lot more Audis and Volvos than BMWs and Mercs in people's threads. Wonder why that is? I know Audi and Porsche are close cousins and share platforms, I could just never quite warm up to...
It's really cool to see cars I'm not familiar with from Europe on this list. It's interesting how different places of the world place different values on power, vehicle type, fuel efficiency and utility, yet everyone here has ultimately come to same conclusion: Taycan. Love it!
I would never be brave enough to drive a Ferrari in public. Props to you! There is def something about American muscle isn't there? It's like the drama, and the rawness, and the lack of refinement just makes them seem special. I'll be sad when they're gone...
