I’ve had the same problem since July 2025. Nothing has helped, including two appointments at the Porsche Center. After deactivating the Porsche Charging Planner, I no longer had issues with missing updates and reboots. It’s not a final solution, but it’s a workaround until Porsche fixes the problem.

Looks great, congrats! I am waiting for the Porsche Rack for 4 months, because it is not deliverable at the moment. And your solution has the great advantage to reuse existing carriers. Great!

I don’t know exactly, because we don’t have in Germany the TYD. Completion date was 2022-04-07, postponed 3 weeks because of the production stop.

We picked up our new 4S Cross Turismo at Zuffenhausen last week. The person from Porsche that exlained us the car told us, that he saw the new PCM for the first time in our car. Nevertheless he had another delivery the same day with still the previous version...

Thanks for your great post! After driving a lot of Porsches (964, 986, 996, 987, Cayenne, 997, 991) as every day cars and a two year interruption with a Model 3 Performance I will get (hopefully) my new Taycan 4S CT in two weeks. After a test drive with the Taycan I knew what I missed...
