I had rear tires replaced on my 2022 Taycan (sadly only 6600 miles). The tire person made sure to make whatever connection was needed so that the tire gauge would register pressure. When I drove out of the tire repair place there was a message on the dashboard about new tires detected, and...
This happened to me one time, right after I got my Taycan in 2022. I figured it out quickly that the charge handle wasn’t fully in the slot. Since then, I’ll give it a firm shove so that it clicks in place. Never had the problem again
My 2022 has 5000 miles on it. If I don’t get the two-year service done, does that void my warranty? And how much grace period after the 2 years from the date I took delivery do I have to get the service done?
so I'm unclear on all of this, hoping someone can clarify. My 2022 Taycan has about 5K miles on it - I ony drive it 6 months a year when I'm in Asheville where I garage it.
1. When MUST I get it serviced?
2. how can I find out what are the mandatory service items so that I can shop around to...
I think it probably for most people boils down to whether they want/insist on an EV. I do, so absolutely I'd buy again because IMHO there isn't a better EV on the market. Yes I'd rather the depreciation hit be less, but the high depreciation for all EV's as well as most luxury cars in general is...
I use a gas power washer, not sure what brand, but with the white head that so far doesn't damage anything. First I spray just with water and that adapter to knock off dirt/mud, then I use this foam canon - amazingly inexpensive and works WAY BETTER than the much more expensive Chemical Guys...
Here's the charger I used. There is no setting, you just attach the charger to the positive and negative terminals of the battery under the hood, and that's it - the charger knows what you're charging it to and handles the rest automatically. Easy peezy

I leave mine for 6 months every year. Let it go below 50% then put on charger set to 50% charge, put lithium trickle charger on the 12 volt battery and overinflated tires 3 to 5 pounds each. Done
I started my car and the home screen is out - replaced with a glowing PORSCHE logo. I shut down and restarted a couple of times, still same problem.
Thoughts?
I never noticed this before but my Porsche charger is likewise charging at only 20amps. I looked at both the charger and on the car display screen and don't see a plug icon. Any suggestions how to get my charge up to 40 amps? I've got the 50 amp breaker/wiring to my panel with the NEMA outlet...
