Note the statement in the upper yellow section.
Then go to your owner's manual on the My Porsche app. You probably will have to download it. Then in search box put in tire pressure and pick "tire pressure tables" from the choices. There you will see all the settings for the different sizes, tire...
Good info although that information is a year and a half old. Most up-to-date is the online owners manual as I watched it change the settings for my model down in pressures.
Yes it varies widely by model, tire size, tire type and load. When I go to the dealer I tell them to leave my tire pressures alone. They always want to put in 10 to 15 lb more. Full load at top pressure. Rides and handles terrible. Bouncing all over.
Again I've seen the pressure's change on...
As I mentioned earlier the previous Pirelli's lasted 18,000 miles and they wore very even at partial load setting in spite of the fact that we can't rotate. I do drive spiritly when possible.
TIRE PRESSURE!
I had Cross Climate 2's on my Cayenne and loved them. When I wore out the Pirelli's at 18,000 miles on the Taycan 4 CT I put on Cross Climate 2 from Costco. The IMPORTANT aspect for good handling is the correct tire pressure. if it's just you and maybe one other person and a few...
Yes I've addressed this as well before. A lot of owners don't know that you can swipe up on your Center display and there's more apps there including the smart service menu. Also the updates.
Apparently sometimes it slips through the cracks. I ordered my 2023 CT in November of 2021. When the DOT approved the adaptive beam matrix headlights on Feb 15. 2023 I added them to my order just in time. You typically have until 30 days prior to your production date to make changes. It was...
Tires are noisiest when they are new plus when approaching the end of their practical tread depth. If you have a new car or new tires drive for a couple of thousand miles and should get quieter.
I'm in an environment where I need all season M+S Tires so I run Michelin Cross Climate 2's. Very...
Normal for all settings. It drops to lowered automatically when you get above 56 MPH anyway. I'm going to wear out the recuperation button on the steering wheel cuz I use it nearly every time I'm approaching a stop or to slow down. Otherwise it's sailing the rest of the time. Then I pop it back...
I've mentioned this before on our forum about tires, plus I've garnered 50 years of experience with high performance cars such as Maserati's, Ferraris, Porsches, Lancias, Citroen SM's, US muscle cars etc. Michelin is one of those concerns that puts a higher amount of their net revenue back into...
Swipe up on the center display (didja know that you have more apps there?)
Tap Smart Service and you can tap on each service item and answer yes that the service was completed. Then put in a future date for your next general service. No need for expensive diagnostic schtuff.
I've always used Costco for tires. For a Ferrari 550 Maranello and for several Cayennes plus the Taycan. Order and schedule online. No problems in 25 years. My replacement tires are always Michelin because like 3M and Krylon products these companies put a higher percentage of their net profits...
The modern electric vehicle era is at about 1915 Ice era comparatively. The inverse pyramid of technology and engineering will accelerate fast over the next decades for EVs, no pun intended yet please accept it.
In spite of myths and false rumors of rotting stitching the best leather cleaner and conditioner I've used for 30 years has been a $1.49 jar of Vaseline or any brand of petroleum jelly. Just rub it in with your fingers and hands and you'll get yourself conditioned too. Leave on for 20 minutes to...
I ordered coffee beige metallic on a new '23 cross Turismo cuz I was sick of my Cayennes that always looked dirty in the gorgeous dark metallic colors. Now it can be dirty as can be and you can't tell. I went two months this winter without having to wash it. Dustbusters help in this matter.
The Cross Turismo 4 and the base Cayenne are virtually identical in wheelbase, length and width as well as weight. The only difference is height and cg and that's where the driving dynamics improve for the Taycan.
Having had both I can tell you the Cayenne is much better for a long trips...
