Took my MY22 4S to service today after the car switching from D to P while waiting at red light. They said they found the error (called ATI?) and fixed it by upgrading the software. Is there really a fix now? The description given to me is below. Hope it works!
I have the same issue. It only turns green if I put the car in private mode. My remote parking in the app doesn't work either (says it can't connect to the vehicle -- except between 8 pm to midnight!)

Happened to me for the first time as well. D to P while waiting at a red light. Fortunately, I was prepared (thanks to this forum!) so it wasn't much of an issue. 2022 4S with less than 200 miles. Very frustrating as I love everything else about the car. Hope they can figure out a fix quickly.
