Sorry to hear that, it worked for me in the US. My Porsche Connect expired last month. Maybe it’s because Black Friday is more of a US shopping day? I’m not sure. I did ask my Porsche “genius” and he got it from Porsche HQ. Perhaps, you can ask your dealership for a coupon code. Good luck!
