The cable is locked in by the servo / solenoid. the round button does not command its disengagement.

“2) Press the round release button with the LEDs” the round release button never lights up. Not during charge , not when pressed . no red , green or white .

It will unlock through the PCM Menu option. So the charge port works. The ring light does not work, neither does the button. this is weird.
