I like Weather Tech’s liner for the trunk as I think it offers a little better protection for less cost. Since I don’t ever look at it, no need to go full OEM cost :)
Sold the Taycan, have floor mats available.
Trunk Mat - Weathertech (Cross Turismo model only) $125
Interior mats, front and rear seats - Porsche (All models) $60
If someone wants them all, I’ll do $150 for local pickup or $150 + shipping for all.
Does anyone have experience with using Porsche Auto Insurance (specifically making claims)? Not concerned about rate comparison since that’s nearly impossible, I want to know how they are to deal with as a company, coverage info and what troubles (if any) you’ve had.
Yeah that surprised me to see a larger difference where the CT is lower. I guess less efficient on aero with the rear, added height and slightly more weight?
My wife and I were just discussing this yesterday. Macan 4S to Taycan 4S is nearly a $30k price difference base to base, with the Taycan still the clear performance leader in multiple areas.
However they’re close enough where I’ll assume existing Porsche owners may choose the Macan 4S to...
I’m guessing that Porsche will merge the Taycan and Panny into one model, no more refreshes to the Panamera since it was just recently refreshed. Panny does less than half the Taycan worldwide if I remember correctly.
What does it sound like? Is it a bit of a flutter / could sound like something is caught flapping in the wind? Lower pitch?
If so, I had the same on my 4S CT. My local dealer, after multiple times mentioning it, found that the rear interior AC baffles (these are below the trunk area that help...
Mine had this done recently and it 100% feels worse. The pedal shudders at low speed now (not pulsing like pad deposits, but like a hydraulic rapid shudder). Going back in next week.
I replaced the cabin air filter myself, and the brake fluid was taken care of via the TSB out for pedal travel issues which I had (and arguably still continue to have).
I’ve enjoyed my relationship with my service advisor in Austin, but the handful of times I’ve talked to a salesperson they...
I had zero problems for a year and a half. And then I had the big one. Still love the car but the uncertainty has really shot my confidence in the car - anxiously awaiting the next red ring of death or a fire (at least until they “confirm” my car isn’t on the list). ?
