I had my car back today. Apparently (what the guy delivered the car said), it was not the heat pump but another electrical high voltage device necessary to “warm up” liquid like a sort of radiator for the heat ? (sounds like heat pump)… I don’t have any document showing P/N etc... any ideas ?

Mine is broken since 24/12... stopped at dealer since 10days, it should be ready tomorrow... I hope (it was supposed to be today)...

Update: tomorrow the new heater will reach the dealer, but it I’ll be installed not earlier than Monday because they need a special operator to install on high voltage... I hope it’ll not take long and I can take the car back on same day

Same issue, solved with Porsche connect support. But it’s very slow compared to Apple Music.

Update: apparently the problems was about conditioning control unit. It has been ordered and replace should take next week... Strange is not the heater like many other failures

Update: i left my 4s 21 this morning for the heater issue. It wasn’t a complete failure, heating was working time to time. The test/diagnosis reported multiple errors so I took a courtesy car .. I hope they fix it soon

I hope they updated the heaters are installing during repair... or we’ll have same issues in next months...

Standard is the fact that it’ll stop working (maybe Christmas Day like happened to me ?).

Hi, I’m just thinking about most critical scenario. (Go and back without charging) regarding a quick charge on the way back, it’s not a big problem. During my 5-7 days stop it will be impossible to charge because the car stays in the airport (staff parking) waiting.

Amazing! I’m not leaving the car more than7 days so perfect.
