Looks beautiful. The Gentian Blue is great and looks very good with the silver wheels. Great spec and excellent value. Someone else took the hard knock on depreciation. About 50k off list!
Congratulations! It looks fantastic. I love the Green with Black Mission E's and Carbon. You will love it. Such a smooth powerful and impressive piece of engineering.
I will pick up my one from the detailer tomorrow. Re-polished and full front Xpel PPF fitted. Very good!
As you probably know, Octopus IG can only deal with one EV. Perhaps the Tesla needs to be flushed out of a cache i.e. Octopus still thinks you have the Tesla.
I have recently purchased a MY25 JII Turbo S. Previously had a MY23 J1 GTS in the UK. Both fabulous. The MY25/JII did bring in some quite significant changes. Could you get a "sporty" spec JII 4S for the same money as the JI GTS? If so, that's what I would be very tempted to go for. That said...
Having been through Taycan turbo and then GTS (both Jl) and then 2 x 911 GTS4, I'm back with electric - a Taycan Turbo S (JII). Bought in the UK for a similar discount to what you're being offered but no active ride. Very comfortable, fast and good to look at.
That Green with the black mission...
I sold my Taycan GTS and replaced it with a 911 GTS + Electric Mini (previous 36kWh Level 3) for urban run-around. That's a fun combination! I can believe that the new mini is very good but the "old" one is still a great fun drive ...
Two points. As far as I am aware, you can order ALK without Innodrive, hence appearing on the options list separately. But, Innodrive does include ALK.
Innodrive requires the radar which is only fitted if your base spec contains at least ACC. In my view, ACC is fabulous (and enhances safety)...
Agree, the Taycan i
Agree. Newer model, no additional costs and you have a beautiful, comfortable commuter. Assuming that you do not need the 4wd to cope with snow / icy conditions in the Bay Area. You have a wonderful sports car in the GT3 so do not need the maximum thrills from the Taycan. I...
Fantastic. I thought I might be the first to reply ... clearly not!
My journey has been:
- Mercedes e-class cab
- 2020 Taycan Turbo
- 2022 Taycan GTS
- 2023 911 Targa GTS
The merc was great, decent as a 4 seater, but a cruiser not a sports car.
The Taycan Turbo was good looking, fast and an...
I had a 2020 Turbo and, there were a few recalls, but mostly trouble free. Traded that in for a new GTS and loved it. No problems. If I did long journeys, with one or more passengers, it is as near perfect as a sports saloon. But ... it's not a 911 and for me that was what I really wanted, a...
I had no issues with my 2020 Turbo. My 2023 GTS is going in for the battery check next week. Will keep you posted. I did leave it standing (in my garage) for about 2 weeks over the holidays. I didn't drive it after returning and then the alarm started going off every 30 seconds. It then went...
FWIW I had Innodrive on my Turbo and really didn't get on with it. ACC, I really like but Innodrive has too many shortcomings. Active Lane I like and is very useful, but that's pricey to add it on ...
Waiting to see if my complimentary comfort access is removed when the GTS visits the dealer in...
Interesting. As far as I am aware, the 22kW A/C has little or no value in the UK. We don't see high power / 3-phase AC. So, in my case I added the (relatively cheap) option of an enhanced DC charger but didn't bother with the (expensive) AC upgrade. Do you get to use the AC upgrade often? I...
That's ridiculous! Mine is due in for battery check and software update next week. Suspect I may be a victim of the same. Never a good idea to give something and then take it away. You'd think that the customer relationship boffins would figure that out.
I specifically chose Rhombus to break up the all black interior and have been very pleased with it. Photographs tend to show it as brighter / more dominant than it is. IMO, it provides a very good contrast and highlights and is much more attractive than the all black interior.
Sorry for slow reply. I ordered a GTS out of the box, to my spec and then had an 18 month wait. So, I bought the Turbo with imperfect spec and 1,000 miles on the clock while I waited. I thought about an RWD at the time, but the Turbo was selling (used) at just under list and the RWDs were...
I've owned a turbo and a GTS. The turbo is essentially the same as the Turbo S except that the S can "launch" faster. In fact, the GTS has the same motors and batteries too, but it's detuned and retuned a little differently. I don't believe you need the massive launch. So, provided the GTS is a...
Hi, Agree with others, this looks like a great build. In the UK, we don't get the "package" options so have to select each item individually.
I had a Gent Blue Turbo but wanted a light colour for the GTS in order to highlight the black accents.
Carrara White was an option for me but went...
