Thanks so much for your advice. I did the 12V battery disconnect. The LTE sign has come back. However when I click to sign into my account it just says ‘account name’ No space for a password or anything so that I can login to my Porsche account so that it links to my phone? Is that normal? Hi, can the rear headrests be removed? I can’t seem to slide them off. I have a child booster seat and the headrests seem to interfere with the back support of the booster seat. Thanks!

10mm as per the posted thread above. It was really tricky to get the actual ring off the terminal because there is a pretty immobile box directly behind it. But managed to get it off and left it off for 4-5 mins. Thanks to whoever made the tutorial - it really helped.
