Had our CT rear ended a couple of months ago. Damage did not look horrible, but I was mistaken. Took the car in to a Porsche authorized shopat the end of October and have no idea when we're getting it back. At that time they didn't even know if the needed parts had been manufactured.

I feel your pain! We were rear ended and the Redmond shop booked us out to Feb 22. Took it to Bellingham, where they disassembled a previously driveable car, and , after 2 weeks, said they don't even know if the replacement parts have been manufactured yet!
Just made a trip from central Washington to Depoe Bay Or, and not one EA charging location had all plugs functioning, let alone delivering the charge indicated on the terminal. One had been down for over 3 weeks according to someone that said they lived nearby. I hope they figure it out or it...
I've been getting higher charging rates at EA 150 kw chargers than their 350 kw chargers. Can't figure that out, but conversing with a couple other people while charging, they have had the same experience.
Having dealt with Porsche Beaverton, Bellevue and Bellingham, Bellevue is the least impressive in regards to service. You can't beat Roger Jobs in Bellingham for service and honesty. If they don't know something they will find out.
I was advised against getting the 150kw/400 volt charger since there seems to be no network that utilizes that standard. I admit that I am totally confused by all the conflicting information I read and even more confused why I can't receive anywhere near the 350 kw charging speed at Electrify...
My manual has much to be desired. The index refers to pages that are incorrect, making it very difficult to locate functions. Someone goes out of their way to make a video simplifying the learning process, should, at the least, not be criticized for it.
