That's not a 3mm dent / scratch. That's a complete deformation of the battery cover and with it being about 4"-6" wide I can see why they would recommend inspecting the battery.
That's a cool color.
My wife was never much of a car person either until she got a new Bronco and we had it customized. One of the things we had done was custom graphics. She spent weeks with the graphics person choosing the colors and design. Now she loves her Bronco and all the complements...
That appears to be a pretty popular design. Most of the major wheel brands make a similar design with the main differences being around the center hub. So it really just comes down to which version and or finish you like best.
You're installer should know which sensors can't be covered and if they're using templates like most shops do, the cutouts for the sensors will already be there.
You may have said it jokingly but it probably would be easier and cheaper to convert a US spec Taycan to RHD since everything is drive by wire these days. ?

Even though it's not a guaranteed solution I also highly recommend PPF. Especially if your car is a daily driver or if you live in areas where the roads tend to have a lot of loose debris on them.
As far as Dr. Colorchip goes, I've used it on a black 2013 Tacoma and a gray 2017 Jeep and I was...
I think you bring up a very good point regarding the clear PPF. Determining if it's worth it or not depends on a lot of factors such as road conditions where you live, how much you drive, how long you plan on keeping the car and your own personality when it comes to having paint chips on the...
I'm not sure if you already know which shop you want to do your wrap but I would ask them to do a small section or a single panel of the stealth/matte finsh so that you can see it on the car in the sunlight. I think the vast majority of your better shops would do it at little to no cost because...
