    Finally they found the problem.It is the outside sensor of the drivers side.They took it out and the port is working from inside and the passenger inside and outside.Thanks god

    Hello taycan 4s 2020 without any reason both ports won't open.Went to the dealer nothing he will call me to ta it back.Only having the port opened with the tool and after as good mentioned MUST be the driver door fully opened so to release the charging ....terrible that can not find the issue.I...
