I am currently with GoodYear ASY 5 NF0. I searched in the 911 forum and they are stating it should only be an incremental update between generations. I am going to try the Hankook ion EVO when it's time to change

Yea that makes sense. He did say he reserved one for me and set up the appointment on Wednesday. I believe it is for specific VIN like you stated. That is how they order the door trim for my car after I pointed out the wavey line in the passenger door trim. I am also going back for them to fix...
I just received a call from my service advisor that they just received a batch of testing kits and they reserved one for me. I will go in on Wednesday.
I have been asking the service rep for the recall since September. So far, they haven't received the guidelines yet. I have been told to wait for his update.
No problem. They told me that they are not even sure when they will receive the guide lines. I have to wait until they call me to schedule appointment.
They won't tell me until they diagnose the battery first since they have to ask another department to order the battery. I'm driving their loaner taycan at the moment.
I went in dealership yesterday for the passenger door trim issue and after checking my vin, they are going to do this recall to check high voltage battery. They told me it's going to take 3 to 5 business days to complete them. (2 recall and change passenger door trim)
I only purchased ALK after getting my car. It works really well on highways and in the city. The only thing I need to worry is if the car cannot read the lines, it will disengage auto steering without telling you.
