Update to my above post:
Car died tonight in my garage, alarm sounded for 5 minutes, couldnt open car with keys or app. Manual key worked.
Charger is stuck in the port, tried the fuse box jump start to no effect.

Should I request a new 12v...
Same problem, tried the above to resolve but no luck. I’m also getting the 12v battery low message (it’s not) pcm shutting down etc……after 18 faultless months looks like it’s my turn
On the last three occasions I’ve washed the car I’ve noticed what look like small stonechips appearing on the rear alloys. It leaves a small white nick. They are definitely nothing to do with kerbing. Anyone else seeing similar?
I was getting circa 240 miles in the summer/autumn, now in cold Scotland the range is just above 200 when fully charged. The impact on daily life is negligible to zero.
My car went in for two recalls today and I was given an Audi A5. Lots of pre reg Taycans sitting out front. As the cars only 5 months old and I have to drive a total of 200 miles to drop off return collect etc I'd hoped they'd give me a similar car to my GTS ST or a whirl in something...
I was with Admiral on a multi car policy for around 6 years, always good value and then this past May the renewal came in and the increase was staggering despite no changes. I then split the cars into seperate policies with different companies for a large saving.....I then picked up my Taycan in...
I only found about my car having two recall notices from this forum....my My Porsche phone app has no notifications on it but when I saw the laptop screenshot of another member I thought I'll login on my laptop and there they were! Surely notifications should also be made on the App?
Ive had a problem with grit collecting in the vent in the area closest to the door.....I opened the door from inside and the grit got stuck between vent and door resulting in a small but deep gouge.
Collected my GTS ST in mid life crisis red on Saturday- it’s off to have PPF applied so still not quite in the drive.
Ordered July 22, so despite the 10 week delay from build to delivery I’ve been relatively lucky time wise.
Finally mine is ready for collection…..but I’m abroad ?.
2 weeks in Emden, 5 weeks in Grimsby,2 weeks in Glasgow- the car has lived an exotic life to date!
Im in the same "team" too. Its like that never ending piece of string. Does undermine your confidence in the car. If something fails 9/10 times it suggests it will again.
After 36 days at Grimsby mine has finally arrived at the OPC in Glasgow . Time to take part in the July delivery thread as it’s yet to clear the stop sale.
Congratulations @Sidicks !
My car remains in Grimsby.....32 days since it arrived there. My OPC did lend me a car today which I greatly appreciate but they appear to be in the dark as much as I.
