comfort access

I have a CT 4 w/ Active Ride and a few times, when exiting the car, the comfort access lifts the car up and I hear a bit of stressed metal and then a "ting" as it deflects/pops whatever it was hung up on. It doesn't happen every time, not reproducible. I thought maybe uneven ground aggravated...
