My Taycan is not moving from the port. It was arrived on 05/17. It’s been more than a week, that it’s sitting there. What’s going on? Is this because of stop sale?

Has anyone had a software update for their e-brake yet? MY22 CT4 and waiting for delivery. Delivery is delayed (stuck in Houston) for a software update. Didn’t know they did work at the ports.
