20" Turbo Aero vs 21" RS Spyder

My new 25 Taycan 4S comes with 20" Taycan Turbo Aero wheels and Pirelli P7 Cinturnato tires.

I believe these are all-season tires.

My first question is about if these all-season tires with the Taycan's low gravity point are good enough in light winter conditions?

Second, I'd like to know what pros/cons there are between these 20" and 21" RS Spyder?

In general, I’m not a big fan of all-season tires. If temperatures drop below 8 degrees Celsius, regular winter tires are the best choice. I’m driving on winter tires mounted on 20” Turbo Aero wheels, and the driving conditions are quite good. I use 20” wheels in winter to protect my 21” Spyder wheels from winter conditions and to ensure I can install snow chains if needed when visiting the Alps.

The biggest difference between the 20” Aero and the 21” Spyder wheels will be the expected range. I picked up my car three weeks ago and don’t have exact numbers yet, but due to the wider tire dimensions and the ‘open design’ of the Spyder wheels, it is expected that the range will be lower. On the other hand, the Spyder wheels look better—though that’s a matter of personal preference.

Yep - I like the look of the 21" Spyders too, but don't mind the 20' Turbo Aero. I think they may be summers though, which drives me nuts cause I too would rather have the 21" in the summer and 20" in the winter. But now if I'm going to have to buy winters I'll probably just get 20" similar rims to the Turbo Aero - and then when i need to replace my summer tires I'll think about purchasing new 21" Spyder rims.
