2025 inventory deals

Curious what people are seeing for 2025 inventory discounts. I’m considering a 2025 inventory 4s that’s close to the config I’m looking for and debating whether to go for that ‘25 4s or order a custom build for a ‘26, waiting out the tariff chaos a bit assuming the 25% tariff eventually is eliminated or vastly reduced.

Local dealer in NY is not offering any discount on 2025s; they claim prices will go even higher because of the tariffs, so no discounts on inventory.
Curious to see if others have better luck

No luck with either of two dealerships near me. Both went from "considering" a below MSRP offer to no possibility of a discount (and they both have 10+ Taycans sitting on the lot). My sales contact at one came right out and told me the tariff impact on incoming cars caused them to hold firm on the pricing of any car already in the country.

In USA; last month on a 2025 base w/larger battery & premium pkg., I was able to get the $7500 off from mfg to dealer incentive on a lease, PLUS, the dealer took another $10,000 off. So our vehicle had an MSRP of $123k, and our Cap Cost (lease selling price) had a total of $17,500 off MSRP.

My guess is the used prices pre-2024 continue to fall due to issues, while the 2025 discounts fade off as Porsche reduces production. It all varies by dealer. I drove to a different state to a dealer that had more inventory. Keep in mind after 90 days dealer is off free inventory floor plan financing from the MFG, and has a financial incentive to reduce inventory. My key was I shopped a quote from 6 dealers and took my best deal on the exact car I wanted. The range in offers varied by about $6k.

Does anyone know if 2025s in the US will be able to upgrade infotainment the new infotainment in 2026 MY?
