Your decoded VIN included this option:oh interesting…how do you know it’s a launch vehicle? Yes the dealer spec’d cars are usually equipped to my liking.
| S0C | Launch vehicle |
Which is a standard code designating a limited series of .. market launch cars. Typically these are configured by Porsche Marketing in collaboration with the market-/area-specific importer, and will include color combinations, options that Porsche felt would best (re)present the new model in that market. That is, it's configured for a specific look and feel, and meant for showrooms, test drives etc. I don't think they necessarily add to the 'collectible' aspect of the cars (unless, of course, we're talking about 911s; in those cases, keyed paint or smashed headlights would add 'value', so long as it was done back at the factory).
No, or at least not in a single place.. but there were threads here for each new model year (MY) with differences from the prior one. I'll save you a search - the Taycan has been stable, with only cosmetic differences (or the composition of the Premium package) from year to year.Have you come across a comparison chart that displays the various features of the Taycans for different years?
