Against a Mustang GT

I stepped out of my 2014 Porsche GT3 to test drive a 4S. Just to give some perspective, a 475HP 2014 GT3 with PDK would smoke any stock Mustang GT short of of the current Shelby's and even then it would at least be an interesting match.

From a standing start my GT3 would slightly best a Taycan 4s and it would pull away at the top end but in almost any normal match-up on the road, the 4S would leave the GT3 for dead acceleration wise.

I don't know what your threshold is for being "blown away" but the 4S is plenty quick and I'd probably avoid challenging one with your GT.
